Often, yes. Many rejections are based on technical grounds that do not hold up. We review the policy and the rejection letter and give you a clear view of your chances.
Smaller claims go to the Insurance Ombudsman or a District Consumer Commission. Larger claims go to the State or National Commission, or to civil courts. We choose the fastest route.
Generally two years from the date of rejection under consumer law, and one year for the Ombudsman. Do not wait; deadlines are strict.
